    WRITING REFLEXTION

 

Nowadays many people have health problems. some of these health problems are caused by stress we lead busy live, we  have a lot of work and not much time. It is necessary to  reduce stress. A  good option is yoga. yoga allows you to relax your mind. and body. you don't need any special equipment and you can do yoga anywhere sport is also important to reduce stress and have a healthy  life experts recommends that teenagers. practise moderate exersice because it beafits every part of the body, it helps you look better and you lose weight. Moreover, the great thing. about exercise is that it is never too late to start!.

in my opinion, sport and, exercice is very important for all people not only teenagers. Every one must do some spor. I also agree that yoga is good becouse it can relax you mind and bedy. I don't prectise yoga but i practise football once a week it isfun and i feel good when I play I meet y friends and I feel heathy.
